Perry's Electric Motors Customer Policies
We urge you to select the product carefully. Be sure you select the proper
electric motor or VFD for your application. The most common reason for motor failure is
the wrong motor for a given application. The manufacturers will not approve
warranties for overloaded motors. Also, be sure you have wired the motor
for the proper voltage. Be
sure to check your fuses and overloads before powering up. We recommend that only qualified, licensed
electricians install these electric motors. Always disconnect and lock out the
power before proceeding with any repair or installation.

All products under 71# will be shipped via UPS. U.P.S.
only ships to valid street addresses. If all you have is a Post Office Box you
will be accessed for any additional costs related to the post office. All items
sent via the U.S. Postal Service will be sent "Insured" with
"return receipt", subject to their restrictions.
Products over 71#: We will determine which is more economical, either U.P.S. or
trucking company, then advise you of the cost. All items shipped via trucking
company will be shipped "Freight Collect" unless other arrangements
have been made.
Electric Motors over 1,000# may qualify for FREE
SHIPPING. Motors may be shipped direct
from the manufacturers nearest warehouse direct to you.
All shipping weight stated is approximate.
Most orders should be shipped out within 24 hours upon
receipt of your credit approved order.
Any product you wish to return, must have a Return Material
Authorization (RMA). All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Perry's Electric Motors
retains the right to refuse any return. If you are unsure if a
particular product will fit your application--call us--we will be glad to assist
you in your selection. Shipping charges incurred to deliver the product to
